- The Prelims will be a total of 500 marks.

- Negative Marking – 1/3rd marks deducted for each wrong answer.

- A total of 2 papers will be conducted at this stage.

- Once you clear the UPSC IES Mains Stage, you will be eligible for an Interview.
- The Interview will be of 200 marks.
