LINE ORGANISATION:
The line organisation is same like a chain line of employee, who having a responsible post step by step.
Example: For any Construction project, this is shown as below
- The Company is mainly depend upon the project head of that particular project, i.e. PM (Project Manager)
- The Project manager sub divide responsibility into senior Engineer in different fields i.e. Structural Engineer, Survey Engineer, QA & QC Engineer etc
